This site only collects what you type into the booking form, and only to arrange the call you asked for.

Who we are

Volando is run by CurrencyTransfer Ltd, a UK company. For anything about your data, email hello@volando.ai.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your agency and your WhatsApp number. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and it serves its own fonts, so your visit isn't shared with anyone else.

What we do with it

We use it only to message you on WhatsApp and arrange the call you asked for. Your request is our lawful basis for holding it. We don't sell it or use it for anything else.

Where it's kept, and for how long

Booking requests are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and passed to our team. We delete them after six months unless we end up working together. Like any web host, Cloudflare also handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to us using it, by emailing hello@volando.ai. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos in Spain (aepd.es).

When an agency uses Volando

The buyer conversations belong to the agency. We handle them on the agency's behalf and only to run the service, and the agency's own privacy notice explains how it uses them.
